August 2024 – Osprey Capital Partners Inc.. is pleased to announce the completion of the Partnership buy-out within one of the Prairie’s leading marketing firms, The Show and Tell Agency. Osprey Capital acted as the exclusive advisor to Show and Tell’s Martin Fisher who acquired the outstanding shares of his partner Peter George. The arrangement is private and financial details will not be released.

Show and Tell is an award-winning advertising and marketing agency delivering creatively fuelled, data driven marketing solutions. A hybrid workplace, Show and Tell is headquartered in Winnipeg Manitoba. They have a regional office in Kitchener-Waterloo Ontario and also has remote staff working across Canada.

The Objective
Osprey Capital was engaged by Martin Fisher to assist in the negotiations, structuring, financing and closing for the buyout of his Partner Peter George’s ownership position. The deal process was to produce a transaction that would ensure a seamless transition of leadership going forward.
