Spencer serves as a Marketing & Business Development Associate, where he leads the firm’s brand strategy, advisor network development, and business origination initiatives. He is responsible for how Osprey tells its story to the market, from pitch materials and client communications to events and the cultivation of new relationships across the advisory, accounting, and private equity communities.

Prior to joining Osprey Capital, Spencer worked on the direct lending and origination team of a U.S.-based alternative investment manager, supporting private credit mandates in industrial and specialty finance.

Spencer holds an Honours BBA and a BSc in Computer Science from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he was a member of the varsity baseball team.

Outside of the office, Spencer enjoys travelling, skiing, and playing baseball.
