Spencer is a Marketing & Business Development Associate at Osprey Capital Partners, where he helps shape how the firm tells its story, engages its network of advisors and business leaders, and drives new opportunities for the firm. He develops and executes targeted communication strategies and campaigns, manages Osprey’s digital presence and CRM initiatives, and provides market intelligence to support business development efforts and transactions.

Prior to joining Osprey Capital, Spencer worked on the direct lending and origination team of a U.S.-based alternative investment manager, focusing on private credit opportunities in industrial and specialty finance companies and supporting middle-market credit underwriting.

Spencer holds a BBA and a BSc in Computer Science from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he was also a member of the Laurier Men’s baseball team.

Outside of the office, Spencer enjoys travelling, spending time with his family, skiing in the winter, and playing baseball in the summer.
