Andrew Apedoe brings to Osprey 25 years of experience in the areas of capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations and corporate governance. He has provided advisory and investment banking services for private and publicly traded organizations in the construction, utility, pipelines, energy, technology, and retail industries, and collaborated with P3 consortia to secure a major healthcare infrastructure project. Andrew has a blend of strategic, financial and industry experience.

Andrew earned his B.Comm. degree from the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary. Andrew has also completed courses and certification related to corporate securities, investment management techniques, business valuation and competitive intelligence.

In his downtime, Andrew can usually be found with his wife and 3 kids playing, watching, or coaching soccer, golf, basketball and baseball. Andrew and his family also enjoy travelling to tropical beach destinations.
