Alex serves as an Associate on the Deal Execution team at Osprey Capital, where he supports clients with various mandates, including divestitures, acquisitions, and capital formation. Prior to joining Osprey Capital, Alex was a Manager in the Private Enterprise Group at a prominent Canadian public accounting firm. There, he acquired extensive experience across a diverse range of sectors, such as retail, manufacturing, distribution, financial services, transportation and logistics, and healthcare technology.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Ivey Business School. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Outside of his professional life, Alex enjoys spending quality time with his family, golfing, hiking, skiing, and cheering for the Toronto Blue Jays.
