Jake Carron is an Associate on the Business Development team at Osprey Capital Partners, where he focuses on deal origination, outbound prospecting, and managing active client relationships across the firm’s advisory mandates. He works closely with business owners navigating succession planning and strategic transactions, and plays a key role in expanding Osprey’s reach across the mid-market.

Prior to joining Osprey Capital, Jake was a Business Development Associate at a Toronto-based health technology company, supporting growth initiatives for a cognitive assessment platform used by leading healthcare providers and researchers.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from Western University, with a focus in Consumer Behaviour.

Outside the office, Jake stays active at the gym and on the tennis court, and is a passionate sports fan.
