Alex serves as a Vice President on the Deal Execution team at Osprey Capital, where he supports clients with various mandates, including divestitures, acquisitions, and capital formation. Prior to joining Osprey Capital, Alex was a Manager in the Private Enterprise Group at a prominent Canadian public accounting firm. There, he acquired extensive experience across a diverse range of sectors, such as retail, manufacturing, distribution, financial services, transportation and logistics, and healthcare technology.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Ivey Business School. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Outside of his professional life, Alex enjoys spending quality time with his family, golfing, hiking, skiing, and cheering for the Toronto Blue Jays.
